Fuel for the Winter

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have recently been able to buy 10 tonnes of seasoned logs to keep our eco-friendly, wood burning boiler going throughout the winter. These log will be cut up into smaller pieces, and then burnt to create heat for our kennels.

A few years ago, we were able to invest in a wood-burning, eco-friendly boiler. This has helped keep our annual heating costs low and ensure all of our dogs stay warm, even through the coldest weather.

Some forecasters are warning of a cold winter, so having a store of logs for our green boiler is great news.
